Fierce Mild is a new player in the rapidly expanding non-alcoholic beer category. Founded by Fergal Carroll and Cathal Byrne in 2024, the brand has quickly established itself as a market contender, selling over 200,000 bottles in its first year — a remarkable achievement in a highly competitive space.

As early investors and creative partners, we worked closely with the founders to shape the brand’s positioning, identity, and go-to-market strategy. Our focus was on building a distinctive brand tone of voice, visual identity, and a narrative that would create an edge and an attitude that would resonate with both traditional beer drinkers and the growing community of alcohol-free consumers.

Together with Fergal and Cathal, we contributed to key decisions around product messaging, packaging design, and strategic partnerships. This collaborative approach played a pivotal role in accelerating Fierce Mild’s market recognition and supporting its strong first-year sales performance.
